I took the Suffolkwave guide tour, then downloaded the OverDrive media console software. I checked out a video: Meditation for Beginners by Jack Kornfield. Now it is time to relax!
It was fairly easy to do. I don't care for audiobooks; much rather curl up with a book. I really don't use instructional videos that much either, more into attending a live class. This is a great service for those interested in this type of media.
